Executed at The Cooper Union in 1964, on commission from Drs. Leary and Alpert for their first major public presentation on LSD and consciousness expansion at Town Hall, NYC; signed and numbered edition of 18, nearly all of which went to Leary and Alpert. 2nd edition printed in 1992 from original woodblocks, on identical black archival Murrillo paper, from practically identical printers inks; in an edition of 18 signed and numbered copies; with 5 signed proofs. 3rd edition printed in 2009 on commission from the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, on upgraded archival 250gsm Somerset Velvet black paper, from practically identically-colored Daniel Smith of Seattle opaque oil-based relief inks; in an edition of 25 signed and numbered copies; with several signed proofs.
